Accounts and guardians
Users must provide accurate information. Guardians are responsible for consent, billing, and bookings for learners they manage. Teacher and administrator access is invitation-only.
Lesson conduct
Participants must respect teacher directions, privacy, and classroom boundaries. Private links and Discord invites may not be shared. Recording requires prior written consent from every required party.
Credits and subscriptions
Stripe is the billing source of truth, and credits are granted only after verified payment events. Every issued lesson credit never expires, although monthly plan credits can accumulate only up to twice the plan’s monthly allowance. Eligible student cancellations restore a lesson credit rather than a monetary refund. Late cancellations and no-shows do not restore a credit unless a stated grace policy applies. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights under applicable law always take priority.
Availability and integrations
The platform may use Discord, Google Meet, or a unique Zoom backup meeting. If TRG Japan or an instructor cancels, the student may choose a restored credit or monetary refund. If a lesson is not provided as promised, TRG Japan will provide a credit or refund according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Governing terms
Legal entity details, governing law, consumer notices, limitation language, and international-sales provisions must be added by qualified counsel before launch.
